About the Client

Cosmetology clinic “Balance” operates in accordance with international quality standards of medical services. 

We started cooperating with this company on the recommendations of our long-term clients from Moscow, who are engaged in the manufacture of custom-made kitchens. 

At the moment we have been working with the clinic for 9 months on advertising. The clinic “Balance” itself is engaged in a full range of beauty care services for girls and women of any age from Kazan, Russia and also all over Russia. 

The clinic has many positive reviews and awards for its work.

The Problem

Difficulty in making a decision by a potential client of the clinic
No digital marketing strategy
The clinic got clients only only through recommendations. The clinic has never worked with warm or cold traffic of people before. There was an experience with a targeting specialist, but it didn’t bring any results.
No sales system and positioning
Sales were made without processing the client’s fears, pains, and without detecting the needs. There was a little nuance with the speed of processing the request. Basically, processing was 2-3 hours after receiving the request.
No system of sales by correspondence
No manager to handle requests
