I have been working with this company since January 2021.

The company manufactures and installs blinds for homes and apartments.
The average check of one roller blind per sq.m. is $250.

They have been operating on Canadian market for 4 years and basically all orders come from contextual advertising and decided to try advertising through social networks.

The Problem

The last contractor generated requests at $40 per contact.
No developed sales funnel for businesses.
No communication strategy for advertising and business.
The main sales channel for the business is Google Adwords and the customer didn’t believe in making sales through social media.
The website didn’t convert people into an application and sale
