The reworking of the structure and the use of an innovative merchandise sorter, has helped to drive positive results and begin to take the company into a plus ROAS
During this period of work, I fully integrated into the project and became a partner in its growth. After a week of spending and analyzing the initial results, I was informed that although our Facebook ROAS was below 1 with an ad spend of 5-6k per day, sales on Amazon improved significantly. It appears that customers who did not purchase directly from our website or shop opted to buy from Amazon instead.
Additionally, I created a more efficient and higher-performing strategy using Facebook and Instagram Shop. Subsequently, it was mentioned in Shopify that nearly 75% of all customers purchased products from the shop, compared to the website.
