BeautyGARDE is a brand focused on creating nail products and treatments that offer significant benefits, particularly for those who have experienced nail damage from gel and acrylics. The brand was born and is based in the US.

The Problem

ROAS below 1. High cost per new customer (as we were using the same audience).

What was my challenge?

  • To achieve an average Shopify ROAS of 1.2.
  • High cost of acquiring new customers.
  • Test new placements on Instagram & Facebook Shop.
  • Find the best way to increase the average value.
  • Prepare a development strategy for a high budget to spend – 22-25k per day.

What Was Done?

  • Prepared and launched a successful traffic strategy for the shop.
  • Made a step-by-step strategy for a high budget.
  • Decreased the cost per new customer from $200 to $100.
  • Launched new ad banner formats.
  • Optimized ads using new angles.
  • Scaled the best ad set for higher revenue.

Conclusion of performance

During this period of work, I fully integrated into the project and became a partner in its growth. After a week of spending and analyzing the initial results, I was informed that although our Facebook ROAS was below 1 with an ad spend of 5-6k per day, sales on Amazon improved significantly. It appears that customers who did not purchase directly from our website or shop opted to buy from Amazon instead.
 Additionally, I created a more efficient and higher-performing strategy using Facebook and Instagram Shop. Subsequently, it was mentioned in Shopify that nearly 75% of all customers purchased products from the shop, compared to the website.
